I am from out of state, we have some millwork installers hat have broken the ignition key. It was almost 5 pm normal business hours for Security Lock & Door. Robin referred me to several other companies to try and get us help. None of them were able to help. Robin went above and beyond herself to satisfy us. I truly met an ANGEL in human form today over the phone. THANK YOU SO MUCH

They came out to me and took care of the new lock that my son couldn't install. It was all good. I had no idea that some locks were so complicated to install. But I guess that is why more people don't install their own stuff.

When I called them., it was really a leap of faith. I never used a locksmith before. But the guy that came out to open the door was pleasant and I definitely didn't feel overcharged. Overall I feel confident using these guys again if I need to.

Well, I figured that it was time to replace the locks on the house after my son lost his keys. I called these guys after a friend of mine recommended them to me. When I called, they were happy to talk me through the pricing options. When the tech came by, he had changed all 6 locks in about 2 hours. The price was exactly what i would expect to have payed.
