Recently dropped them as my shredding service. The customer service has been going down hill for a while now. Bins not emptied during service call and missed appointments are just a couple of my complaints.

Good clean fast and thorough shredding. You get to watch them shred your stuff, at least that was the case when I went to their truck for one of the shredding "events" in Chicago.
