They did a Tape Data Recovery and located all of our data and instructed us about options on a new machine. We took their advice and bought a better quality backup system. I needed a USB & digital media recovery company to fix my broken USB on my desktop. No one admits it, but one of my twin boys inserted part of their peanut butter and jelly sandwich into the CD player, USBâ??s and media slots. Every hole on the machine had remnants of it! I brought the tower to Secure Data Recovery Services and showed them. They cleaned up the machine, got everything working again and to my surprise, sat the boys down and explained to them why you shouldnâ??t do that. They were smart, nice and educated my twins on the doâ??s and donâ??ts of computers. I love these guys!...

One of the janitors in the building left his water bottle on the RAID server. It was over 90 degrees out all weekend and the condensation from the water bottle dripped inside the RAID server. On Monday I noticed it was not working and smelled burnt and saw the sweating water bottle. The server would not boot so we called Secure Data Recovery Services to perform a RAID data recovery. They replaced the drives that were damaged and re-imaged all the data onto new hard drives. It took them just 5 hours to accomplish this and we have terabytes on the RAID server.
