it's cheap but not worth it. cars get broken into often. neighbors are loud. people smoke in the hallways. only parking is far away after 7pm. they only return a small portion of your deposit because of damages done by previous owner. only positive thing is maintence is generally quick if needed.

This apartment complex is awful. They never fix anything and the front office is a joke. I still have two hole in my ceiling from leaks they never fixed. They just left buckets and did nothing else. The electric is ridiculous wether you use your heat or ac at all. The insulation is horrible during the winter the floors are always cold. I am very excited to be getting out of my lease. Like anything, it has its pro's and con's. Pro's- location, nice flooring, 2 beds and baths, and a decent price. Con's- noise, management, grounds could be really nice but lack attention, the pool sucks, smoke in the hallways, and the maintenance not only sucks, but is running from the police. He also lives on the premises.

i lived her back in 2003 & i always had a problem with parking even with the parking sticker. my 1 bedroom was pretty big. when i first moved in it was at the beginning of february and a week after i moved in the heat went out. it took them about 2 weeks to fix it. after complaining i didnt have any other problems. the staff was okay but dont think i would move back. winters are cold in toledo...
