i have been going to sebastians for years and all of a suddan i saw it on kitchen nightmares..WHY? So i went in to talk with sebastian and asked him about the show and he and his staff told me that they got a lot of money and the show is fake. he took my two friends and i around the kitchen and we didn't see anything frozen or a microwave. Sebastian said the microwave was brought in from the crew. we will continue to go to sebastians because his food is awsome and fresh.
