They are less than good.

If you would like disappointment topped with unreliability, this is the place for you! Just be sure they put your car back together after that oil change so it doesn't come apart on the freeway at 60pmh! (They know what I'm talking about)

I just bought my car here and have never enjoyed the car buying process, however, I will never go anywhere else now. I can't reccomend these guys enough!!!!!

Great buying experience

After dealing with several Volvo dealers and the haggling game, I contacted Bob Byers Volvo in Downtown Seattle. I am in Portland and they were willing to work with me over the phone. They gave me a fair trade value and didn't low ball me like the others. I bought a new Volvo for $1800 under MSRP. No hassles and no BS. Another thing I liked was they didn't push to sell me extras. They offered them to me, but didn't push me to buy.
