First they did not leave a key for us and No one was available to get us one. After a few phone calls a nice girl said that some one would be by with a key.
The bathroom looked like it had never been cleaned. The tiles were falling off the wall and you could see water stains down the walls. We truly felt we needed a shower after leaving

We do not believe the room was cleaned and no towels or washcloths available. we called the front desk left a message and never received a response. In fact we never saw anybody from the hotel. We called in advance and were told that the door would be open in the key would be inside waiting for us.

I would avoid this hotel

We were at the motel as an overnight stop after attending a football game at UNH. Did not spend much time here. Beach is right across the street in a nice area. The motel is old. Some updates have been made, but it needs upgrading. The bathroom was small.

The people very friendly, the bed old and very creaky. Rooms are older but clean. WAY to much light coming into room at night.
