they dont answer the phone & their hours are terrible, the photographer didnt even try to get my 3 yr old to smile out of 10 I give them a 4

I would like to voice a complaint about a groupon that my husband purchased through Groupon for Sears Portrait Studio. He actually purchased two. One for my family and one as a gift for my sister. After the service, or lack thereof, I will no longer be giving the gift to my sister. I called Sears earlier in the week to set up an appointment to have pictures taken for my four children. I have four boys ages 10,7,2, and 1. I booked an appointment for Wednesday afternoon at 3:30. I was told by the woman on the phone that I could possibly be taken in at 3:00 if there was someone available...
