Worst Photo Experience Ever

I had appointment but they did not take us for an hour after appointment time. Sitting for 9 poses then took another hour due to interruptions by staff. The staff "did not have time" to print up the same day photos. We were told they should be available on-line in 24 hours, but it took 2 weeks (and 6 calls to customer support). very satisfied

I had a wonderful experience at sears portrait studios! The employees were friendly, helpful, and wonderful with my three month old. We didn't have to wait at all, either! The photographer knew how to make him smile and spent plenty of time with us resulting in fantastic photos! In fact, she made me laugh a lot too!

A HAPPY CUSTOMER

I am very satisfied with the service I received at this Studio. The service was great and my pictures were ready on the day they said they would be. I don't know what hapapened to the other customer but he was all wrong about this Studio. I would go again and again. Also, my pictures were just beautiful. A PROUD GRANDMA!! Thanks you very much!!!
