Thank you Mitch and Will for the excellent service we just received. We bought a dishwasher last week and after 5 successful days of clean dishes it stopped working. Sears service center was absolutely no help (that's a different review). Feeling defeated we returned the dishwasher. Will was amazing and the exchange was painless.

i went to the sears outlet on cass in Darien, Ill, and found the customer service to be very very bad. They did not want to take the time to sell the appliance, only wanted to know if i wanted to buy it. They also asked questions like: are you in a hurry to buy, is your current appliance operable, are you upgrading? I had to follow the sales rep throughout the store to get assistance. He...
