The store manager Mo was fantastic. Customer service was well above average and he took care of all our needs. I couldn't have asked for a better associate to help us buy our refrigerator ($2800). I highly recommend him to anybody that wants to purchase appliances. 5 stars!

Greatest customer service experience in a long time. The staff went above and beyond helping me pick out the perfect replacement for my washer and dryer. The purchase was seamless and now delivery is setup and I can’t wait to use the new products... thank you all for a great experience!!!

Our washer went out on us and we were stressed out about waiting three weeks to take delivery from another store. We checked out the Sears Outlet, found exactly what we needed, and will take delivery in less than 48 hours! Richard was so helpful, the store was clean and easy to navigate, and the price was fantastic! We are making plans to head back there when the dryer (inevitably) gives up. �
