All the prices during the friends and family "sale" are heavily inflated. If you purchase anything during this sale you will be overpaying. The employee I spoke with this morning said the prices will likely go back down after the sale. Good luck making sense of that one.

My wife and I experienced the worst customer service at this store, the delivery was horrible. The refrigerator we bought from the store was fine but when it was delivered it had clearly visible deep scratches on the right side, after calling and and given the basic run around, and basically being lied to about a pick up time, we finally got them to come and pick up the fridge and we finally...

Based on Sears Brand and reputation, i have always purchased appliances from them. Recently I purchased a convection microwave, fridge, and dishwasher AND the protection warranty on all three.
