Our elderly parents bought a brand new dryer from this store in September and also purchased a 5 year warranty. Right away it made a squeaky noise. Eventually it quit working completely. Dad called for help and they have sent two different repairmen who have ordered over $500 worth of parts and yet they are still hanging their clothes in the basement.
