The priceis reasonable, but it is a totally disorganized operation. They have actual mechanics doing customer check-in/out - which seems inefficient, as an administrative person at the counter would seems better align skill sets. For a simple annual inspection on a 1-year old car - it just took too long. On the other hand, the guys were all friendly, just no management
