I ordered two queen box springs online. They could not get the delivery or order correct three times! Twins box springs and several missed delivery dates. I ended up using mattress discounters and save a whole alot of trouble, hardship and headaches. NEVER will I use Sears again for home delivery. The customer service reps totally incompetent!
