SEARS Rebate

IMHO, When you were told by the store representative that you qualified for a rebate, mailed in your rebate through the postal system AND received a response saying you were qualified, Sears entered into a binding contract with you.  Call them up and tell them that and that if they do not comply with the terms of their verbal and written contract, they are violating the terms of the agreement...

I bought and paid for an Extended Warranty for my Sears Snowblower which was new 2 years ago. Today we got our first real snow of 8 inches. When I went to use the machine it was leaking oil and made a strange noise while running.
