Stick a fork in Sears, the writing is on the wall. If they are still in biz by 2020, I'd be shocked. This store is a ghost town on most days. Employees act like zombies, barely a greeting, and pushing a worthless protection plan that has a documented history of customer dissatisfaction. NO THANKS! Their prices are matched or beat at other big retailers anyway.

My husband and I spent 20 minutes looking at dishwashers last night. During that time we were not approached by a single person offering to help us. It's not like everyone was busy with other customers. We appeared to be the only customers around and we did not even see a salesperson anywhere.
