There is frequently trouble with theaters 10 and 11. They know there are problems and if someone complains about sounds quality, customers are given tickets to see another movie. I have a friend who got two sets of free tickets due to the problems. I've heard theater one is 'one of the good ones'. I've personally not had trouble, though.
