after i read some other reviews I agree I wish I could give a 0 star rating.......4 ice makers and 2 mother boards and my fridge still does not make ice, I now have the part that will fix the fridge(I hope) and they set up an apt WITHOUT calling me the email said 1 to 5pm they call the wife at work and leave a message I call the guy back and leave a message that I would be there 3 -5, I call...

Electric range burner switch went out. Tech came out and identified and ordered the wrong switch. Same tech came a second time and ordered the wrong switch again. Another tech came for the third time and ordered the wrong switch for the third time. The third tech came and identified the part was wrong and ordered the right switch. When he came back to install the switch it probably took him 10...

I have an older window AC unit. I called for service and was able to get an appointment to met my schedule. They were very good about keeping me updated on their arrival time. The fix was quick and the repairman was just great! I wish all repair services were as good!

Fixed existing Dishwasher issue but caused another problem with the door.. Came back to fix but it's still the same....having a tech come out again today to repair . Hope this time it gets taken care of.

My ice machine is still not working correctly. The technician ordered a part but I received only part of what was needed and it wasn't the correct part needed. I will have to be calling someone out one more time.
