Paid over 2000.00 for a new frige, Kenmore Elite, that their "appliance manager" highly recomended. Even bought the extended warranty. That was on September 29th. it's been leaking on my kitchen floor ever since. A repairman came and then had to order parts (for a brand new frige). Still waiting. Had to talk to Achmed in Pakistan to reschedule the appliance guy. They can't seem to understand...
