We have an extended warranty with twice annual services. The technicians arrive when they are due and call usually an hour before arrival. They are courteous and quick. Excellent service.
After 6 visits and 4 months, I think Sears may have finally fixed the Kenmore Elite side-by-side stainless steel refrig. Time will tell. At visit two, the technician told me and his manager (over the phone) that the refrig. should be replaced. Ok so we stopped by Sears in Gastonia to look at the "closeout" pricing. We priced several items to find the final price is what Walmart sells it for everyday. I asked a person working there and he said it is the "liquidation" pricing. They are a deceitful bunch of people. I wonder how many people thought they got a great deal.
