I talked to one fellow at Sears Garage Door Repair and he was just as nice as can be. He gave me instructions on what I could do because I was having trouble with another repair company. He actually did not repair my garage, but he did come over to look and see what was wrong with it. It was very late at night. I would give him very very high marks. My repair technician Marcus Kennom was excellent. He was fast and efficient. My garage door is functioning so amazing. Its smooth and very quiet. I would absolutely recommend Sears Garage Service to my family and friends. I was also happy that they were employees of Sears and not outsourced to an outside company. The Sears label gave me confidence that i was getting quality perp and service.
