Sears customer service stinks, thier managers that dont listen to you, and walk away when you ask them questions, they dont stock anything, let alone they dont display what they sell, and if you dont like the product and you return it they chaarge you a restocking fee! I will never shop at sears or kmart again! I cut up my sears credit card! they are fired!

Still has all the tools I need. I also can go online and order tools and whatever else I need. All their powertools and equipment I have purchased work well many years later.

When you compare this Sears location to other Sears’ locations you can tell that the Bradley Sears is definitely missing out on a lot of items. Recently they have started to make improvements but the juniors/young adult section is still lacking. The cleanliness of the store has improved. For selection purposes, I would much rather go to Orland Park and check out their Sears.
