Difficult to find someone to help you. The store is 1/2 the size that it was a year ago, there was only one other lady shopping that I could see and when I finally found someone, she was annoyed....

Recently purchased a treadmill from Sears in Saugus, selected a delivery date for March 8th. It was to be delivered and assembled. Took the day off work for the delivery. The truck arrived...

Just left the store. They all ways seem to have what I want and when I want for levis. Nice to see the store back to normal

I hope this store makes it with the bankruptcy process. I found what I needed when I needed it. Usually the case when I shop here. Parking is easy. Didn't need any staff help other than checkout.

I presume that the transition period of the bankruptcy is affecting the customer service in the Massachusetts stores. I had a obnoxiously rude sales associate tell me "Don't tell me what to do."...
