Just needed a little help!

I went to this store on yesterday because my car was over-heating to request for them to put some fluid in my car. When i got to the store, there was a black heavy-set lady there at the desk area on the phone. She didn't bother to try to great me, acknowledge me or anything. When she finally got off of the phone, by then another hispanic lady had walked up to the desk and she helped her instead. Finally, i had the chance to ask her if someone could put some fluids in my car and she told me without a smile on her face, yes i can get someone to come up front to take care of you. While i was waiting, i had to go back out to my car and to get a jacket for my daughter because it was cold in the store, and on my way back into the store, there was some water on the ground and i didn't see it and i slipped and fell on the ground. There was a worker outside helping 2 other ladies, and he saw me when i fell down, and instead of him at least "offering" to help me up, he walked right by me leaving me on the ground. A bystander offered to help me up and after he proceeded to walk by me several times, i asked him "will you please help me up" and he he finally did. He didn't bother to ask me if i was ok, is there anything that i can do for you...nothing! These people at this store are rude, and i will "never" go back to this store again! Because of the water on the ground and this incident, i now have a broken baby toe and in alot of pain!

In November 2016 I hired Sears to repair my LG Washing machine that I had purchased from Sears. Pump was replaced. Paid $$ to fix it. Now in July 2017 I went to clean the filter on the machine which is on the bottom left and found that the repairman failed to replace 2 screws holding on the cover around the filter. I will never buy anything from Sears ever again. Bought a Kenmore fridge in May 2015 and it is not even 2 years old and it is already broken. I have had a tech come out 4 times in a period of 2 weeks and it is still not fixed. So, I have no fridge for 2 weeks, and was unable to food prep for Easter, have people come out of town, with no refrigerator. Very disappointed in Sears. The customer...

Sears knows how to waste time and money. It took them more than 3 weeks to get a date for the Tech to come out and put on a part on my mower deck, which took the tech 10 minutes to do, I've done it before they changed their (self repair clause) in 5 minutes. Sears can work on the engine, transmission, change tires and whatnot, but they waste a ton of money on simple repairs that the customer...

Once we finally actually got a repairman to show up, the service was terrific. However, they scheduled THREE times and never showed up! O It's terrible. I had to take THREE days of work to get my washer repaired.That is unacceptable. I am completely dissatisfied.
