We set an "appointment" for 1:30 to have our pictures taken. By the time we left...it was after 4:00pm...WTF. We waited for almost an hour initially in an uncomfortable waiting room. Our photographer did not listen to any of our requests. The sales guy, whom we waited an additional half an hour or so for, flipped through pages and pages of "packages" that were all over priced and not even close to what we asked for. When we went in to pick our pictures...guess what...it wasn't what we asked for. They decided to print a whole bunch of extra pictures...all of our baby girl...so guess...
