Thank you Sears, for giving a 23 year old her first set of gray hairs. Truly appreciated sleeping on the floor. Not only did you deliver the wrong mattress set twice, but you have the most inept "case managers" I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Please know that I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on and I will advise all friends and family to do the same.

Your service department is absolutely horrible as well as all the people you have answering the phone. For the last 1.5hrs my husband has been waisting his time talking to useless employees of Sears!! You will be losing these people as customers!!

Dear Sear repair, thanks for screwing up my day. You call me at 8am in the morning to tell me that my appointment is now cancelled because I did not call you to tell you that the parts came yesterday. I had an appt for today between 1-5 confirm so who screwed this up YOU. On the invoice it does not state to call you or... did the tech tells us to. This is total BS. I rate you and F for failure....
