Very Slow Service

We broke down on the Garden State Parkway (Rt.17). Department of Transportation called a tow truck for us. They took us to Sears Auto for two new tires. Well it took them 3 hours to change 2 tires!!!!!!! 3Hours come on I could of done it in much less time then that. The only nice person working that day was a lady named Karen, she did all she could to help us. This was a very bad experience and sadly to say, We will not be a customer of Sears Auto. Major changes need to be done,especially customer service. I know it was hot and everyone was moody,but we all were moody from the heat!!! Hope your company improves, then we just might come back.
