The guys were incredibly helpful, didn’t try to up-sell me, just made appropriate suggestions. I did have a long wait, but I just showed up with a hole in my tire so I knew it would be a while. Overall really good experience here

The TLDR lesson of this review: If they can get money from you, no matter how much, they'll help you out.

Sears won't back their roadside tire warranty

Really disappointed to see that Sears only is willing to honor their Tire warranty when it is convenient for them. They push the warranty that is included with the tires, but then when you need a tire to be repaired, totally different story. In May I had a tire with damage to the side wall. They told me they didn't have it in stock and that to order a new one would take over 2 weeks! (May 9...
