A very bad situation. Dec. 29, 2014 I went in with a coupon for a $20.00 oil change. 2 hours later I was paying over $75.00. There is a lot of small print on the coupon. Upon getting into my car the maintenance req'd light was on and the tire pressure light was on. Went back in and they turned off the maintenance light, and the tire pressure light was flashing. I'm not giving any stars after they lied to my mom, they told her that there was a lot of work that needed done knowingly trying to rob my mom telling her the struts were broke, why do people try to take advantage of others they think aren't smart smhd

What a horrible experience! After waiting for 2.5 hours I asked for my keys back and left. I will never return!!!!!!

Very unhappy with service. 2 hrs just to change tire n balance n when they was done i had to have them take back in case they didnt put back cover for spare tire like they was suppose too. I watched them threw window n when they was done they left my truck setting there for a while before bringing back out to me.
