On time and excellent service. Called a half hour before too. Also got an email update to let me know the exact window of arrival. Fixed my washing machine and I am good to go!

The Guys who came to fix my washer were great and very friendly! They fixed my washer on the master care plan and it Cost me zero! Well worth it!

I never go to Sears expecting a great shopping experience and it's generally a hassle to find what you want and for them to actually have it.
