Asked for a washer repair out of warranty, the service guys were great , honest. But the repair/replacement parts were bad...twice. a whole month without a washer. service tech gave me the best advice, " get a total refund and buy a new one. Bought a kenmore Elite . the best one they had and a pedestal for $300 cheaper than the repair.

The repair guy who came out located the problem quickly. We didn't need to use the new part. The wire had become disconnected. He explained things to me and showed me how to check things. He wasn't here very long, but he didn't rush and was very friendly and professional.

On the morning of 11/19 our hot water heater went out. Since I have a Sears appliance warranty I immediately called Sears. They said they would have someone come and check it out ASAP. 10/29/09 I just purchased 4 tires from America's Tires in Tracy & went to Sear's Automotive for a front end alignment on my 4WD Tahoe.
