Bought my freezer about 15 years ago. Every year before I renew my extended warranty I request that Sears Maintenance do a yearly maintenance service. Last week was my year maintenance service. Sears technician does a good job and I haven't regretted my choice of staying with Sears for all my appliances.

We live in a rural area so it has been a long process beginning 2 months ago when our refrigerator quit working. At the first appointment which took several weeks to schedule, the tech was here all afternoon and very nice diagnosing the problem. Took a long time to get an appointment; restriction to Thursdays only does not help.
Repair part took almost a week to arrive. But the parts did install easily and the machine is working fine.

Great service. The repair tech was very professional and informative. The repair was done promptly and he gave me information on Sears warranty plans.

We live 8 miles NW of Deer Park and have appreciated having a local Sears. The repairman was on time and professional, showed me the piece of glasss that had clogged our dishwasher pump, and made sure it worked before he left. Excellent experience!
