Price is good selection is good, but ask the sales people anything outside their memorized script and they'll just keep repeating like an automated system. Do not not NOT use their delivery service! Completely horrible delivery, I've never had such a hard time. Judging by the other reviews here I'm not the only one.

Great prices but worse customer service ever!!! Salesperson made many mistakes when we bought our washer and dryer and the delivery service is even worse. Delivery has been delayed twice and every time I call customer service I get a different answer. I would give them a zero rating but the good prices …

Communications between the outlet and the delivery service is non-existent. The delivery call center is out of Asia somwhere. My delivery order was cancelled 3 times and then now they can't even find my dryer! When deliveries are cancelled they don't call you to tell you. You have to call them. It is beyond …
