We have had nothing but the best service from Sears repairmen/women. Our freezer is so old, that there aren't replacement parts for our shelves, which keep falling down. The repairman found a way to jury rig it, so that it stays up just fine.. I would have given NO STARS if given the option. I have 3 machines so need service often. They have sent out a tech who does not know what he is doing. I have him on camera just "kicking" at the machine as if kicking a car tire. He further delays the repair. I have been assured 4 times he would not be assigned yet they still send him.
