Tech showed up on time, after trouble shooting found what was an obvious defect, broken wire. The tech then told me that I needed to return a part to him that was not mine to keep, the part had been provided when my dishwasher was under warranty. Now when the part on my dishwasher fails, I will need to pay for the part because my dishwasher now is out of warranty. Poor customer service at best.

The service man came one day late because of a massive snow storm the day before he was scheduled. Perfectly understandable. He fixed my refrigerator quickly and suggested we look online for discount coupons for the service call. We did and found a 25% off coupon. Great service! Thank you!

Setting an appointment was easy and convenient with service obtained the next day to check out a non-functioning dishwasher. The technician diagnosed and solved the problem quickly. He was a joy to work with.

They came out fixed our dryer and then next day the dryer stopped working again for something other than what I called them for. Sear then told me I would need to wait another 7 days for them to come back out. Oh and that I needed to pay a service call fee again. Not happening! I guess we will see if they can fix it this time. Worst customer service ever!
