This was service I would expect in a five star hotel. The valet team, the receptionist, the concierge service and every person we ran into was so friendly. The rooms are cozy, the softest towels ever in the bathroom, and the pillows are more comfortable than mine at home. The location is right in the heart of downtown Boston right on the water.

Nice hotel for the marathon

My trip was primarily to run the marathon and I have to say the hotel looked after the marathoners really well. They provided a goody bag with some much needed sun cream, a breakfast to go on marathon day, shuttle buses to the common to get to the start and then a complimentary shakedown massage afterwards. I felt very well looked after. I would recommend it to fellow marathoners!
