Poor customer service. I purchased a $50 gift card for my wife for Christmas. As I walked out of the store my wife called and wanted to give me some hints what she would like. We usually go to this Seagull Book & Tape when we need books, artwork, church lessons, gifts, etc. They have better prices than the Deseret Book across the street and will also price match. I wish they had a reward program like Deseret Book...
