The service is is good although you need to call far in advance for an appointment if you want to see Gail Smith. She soes awesome work with color. I highly recommend her.

Changing over from Purfections seems to have brought the quality of this salon down a few notches. It seems like a certain degree of quality comes with an Aveda salon that seems to be lacking with Gourlay. I would call the service and expertise adequate, but nothing to write home about.
