I don't think many Bally's visitors know they can use the facility for free (included in the resort fee). The hot tub, warm tub, cold plunge, steam rooms and sauna are all included and it was great!
Gilbert and Rocky made this place fantastic and incredibly friendly! The coffee, fruit and light snacks made it a very inviting place!

I guess I'd mark this a three and a half if I had that option. The facility itself is nothing special...a little dated and tired looking. Not much water pressure in the showers and the products are sub-par. I booked an early morning (8 am) facial and massage because there's a discount for the early appointments. The spa is very peaceful and relaxing. Everyone was friendly. Had a massage that left me feeling heavenly. Went early in the morning and got their 99 dollar massage deal. The showers in the locker room were really the only disappointing feature. Not much pressure and the soap wasn't very good. Was allowed to use the facilities all day but...
