What a great little restaurant, off the beaten path in Lakewood Ranch. Only open for breakfast and lunch. They close at 2 PM. The food is prepared fresh and from scratch. Traditional breakfast and lunch with unique and tasty additions make this a very good restaurant. The staff is great too. I highly recommend this restaurant.

This is a very nice although small family owned business. The service and food is always good and they change up the menu with specials once in a while. The meat loaf and burger are really good.

I had a crab, shrimp and provolone omelette that was fantastic!! Not probably something you would find on a traditional breakfast menu ! The omelette was loaded with fresh seafood and came with home fries and toast for $9.95 ? if it had been lunch time I would have tried the special sandwich : Grilled Macaroni and Cheese !

Tucked away on Palmbrush Trail just off Highway 70 and Lakewood Ranch Boulevard, Sea Star Cafe is a very friendly diner.
