We had a little view of the ocean. The rooms were large. And, there was a heat lamp in the bathroom.
It's close to Gloucester town center and, therefore, to the best pizza restaurant on the east coast. That's why I stayed!
It was quiet and seemed very safe. It is old. It probably caters to seasonal guests. It was very adequate for a short stay. We were in Gloucester to whale watch, not to spend time in a motel room.\n\nI had to go to the desk to ask for hand soap. I am sure it was an oversight.
This hotel was perfectly located between Gloucester and Rockport. And only a bike ride to the beach, or to either town. The pool was very nice, the room was large and open. I will definitely be back next year!\n\nNo
