My husband and I have gone to SDS because it was recommended to us. But EVERY SINGLE time we call in or go in, they are SO incredibly rude. Pretty mean actually. They always hang up in the middle of sentences. The worst customer service I have ever seen. When I took my car to have the timing belts replaced scott gave me a quote and I laughed, because it was almost $150.00 cheaper than any other shop I got a bid from.
