I'm pretty picky when it comes to choosing a groomer for my dog who has special needs. I was happily surprised with the conscientiousness of Eliane making sure that my dog felt at ease. The cleanliness of Scruby Doo was also a plus. What I also appreciated was how affordable the full spa treatment was. Cheaper than Petco and better quality! My dog wasn't shaking AT ALL when I came to get her...
