Bad manners. Everyone makes mistakes, but when Screenplay does, they make the customer pay for them.

Over the couple of years I worked with them, Screenplay has been difficult to work with - regularly getting orders wrong and not taking responsibility for their mistakes. Their manners are also poor, acting aloof toward quality and timeliness, and answering phone calls mid-conversation. I will not work with them again because as the last straw, my latest order did not turn out like the proof,...

These guys really know their stuff. My orders are done on time, and the printing is great. They have been one of my best vendors.
