Please be very careful in dealing with the Manager of Scotty's Scooter Shop. His name is Andy (andrew) Hall.

He is a thief and a liar who stole $6100 dollars in total from me after promising to build a VW engine from his previous business 'Grease Monkey Racing'. I have been pursuing him via the Better Business Bureau (LA) and they have all the relevant information and detail if there is any...

I was very surprised how much they knew. I use to go to this other shop, and it seemed like they just hired someone to baby sit the store instead of actually know what they were talking about. Very refreshing experience.
