Since I consider myself a bit ignorant as to lawn care, it has been a pleasant experience having had a tech who has answered numerous questions and given me down to earth responses. I like my lawn and there is no doubt its because of the care its received from TruGreen.

I prepayed for a year's worth of service. The rep said there was a money back guarantee. I noticed my lawn did not significantly change. We still have weeds, uneven color... not a healthy lawn like the first representative had promised. I figured I'd give it a year. When I called in about getting my money back, they said that they had already done all applications and that I should have told them early on. I requested a refund and they were not willing to budge (as per their so-called guarantee). They came back and applied their chemicals twice, without my knoweledge. Then I called and told...
These guys do a great job and they are considerate of my requests. I've used other lawn care providers before and I am glad I switched. They are polite and have great quality for the price. The only improvement I would like to see is to have them call a day ahead so I can plan on them instead of having them just show up.
