Most horrible customer service. They disable you from transferring funds from your account to pay the margin call. If you are travelling you have no choice to pay your margins. They threaten you to submit a cheque by noon, otherwise they liquidate your stocks, even if are ready to transfer online they do not accept, especially if they know that you are not in town. Will not even postpone this ...
