Due to car trouble I was unable to make it to Houston. I called and spoke with Hotel personnel to cancel my reservation and offer an explination. I was told that I would not be charged a cancelation fea or for the room. However, I have been billed for the full amount. I am very disatisfied!!!!

This place is a total dump, and the motel staff should consider treating their patrons with a little more respect. I settled on this motel because some type of event had all of the other hotel/motel chains I normally use completely booked in the vacinity of my work assignment. I would never willingfully make a reservation at this motel chain again.
