THis is a run down motel with drunks and homeless people renting that cant afford responsibility. often emergency services is called to the rooms to pick up people here. look for a respectable place I f you have a job... stay away.

This older inn is located in a part of town that is being renovated, it is not fancy nor does it have any extras. But, the owners are very friendly, and the rooms are spotless. And you can walk out your front door, 2 blocks down and hit several good restaurants and there are always plenty of people around.I will definately stay here every time I visit Lakeland.
The lady at the desk was berely willing to help. She assign me a room with no view in front of the laundry machines. The room smelled like a smoker paradise. Overall that place wasn't worth the $45 they charge per nigth. The only good thing about that place is its location. I will never put my foot back in there.
